For more than 25 years, Ultra Quiet Floors has been serving the Pacific Northwest with high quality, specialty contracting for residential, multi-family and commercial projects. With administrative offices in Sherwood and Newberg, Oregon, we regularly dispatch highly skilled installation crews across Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

Thanks to our customers and their referrals, our reputation alone has allowed us to grow and diversify, keeping us at the forefront of new construction and remodeling projects in the region. From hotels, apartments and custom homes to the 21^st story of Portland's Koin Tower — and everything in between — we often complete multiple scopes of work on the same project.

Our primary application is the installation of self-leveling, gypsum-based or cement-based underlayments, pouring millions of square feet of lightweight underlayments per year. In addition, Ultra Quiet Floors responds to the ever-changing needs of regional construction by offering a wide range of concrete and waterproof deck systems, radiant floor toppings, acid floor staining and floor demolition and preparation services.
